Choosing the wrong tenant can cost you more than having a vacant property. Using a reputable company to perform a thorough screening that includes credit history, criminal background check, sex offender check, bankruptcies, foreclosures, employment, known aliases, past address history and nation wide evictions report helps us select the right tenant to occupy your property. But our screening doesn't end there. We also interview references, contact employers and past landlords to make sure they will be a good fit for your property.

Every state has different laws to protect both the owner and the tenant. We know and comply with the North Carolina laws. We manage the lease signing, all while educating the approved tenant about the lease, and ensure that all contracts are correctly executed. The security deposits, rent and appropriate fees are collected and kept in their appropriate accounts. Finally, we will conduct a walk-through of the property with the tenant to record the conditions of the property at move-in and to access any damages made when the tenant moves out.

Collection of PaymentsWe want to make sure there are no excuses for a tenant's rent not coming in on time. This is why we offer four different ways to pay the rent, including ACH debit to make rent payments every month. Once we receive the rental payment, you will receive the disbursement via direct deposit. It's that easy!
Compliant EvictionsWhile evictions occur <2% of the time, they are sometimes necessary. We are strict and comply by North Carolina's laws in following through the eviction process.
